The 19th Annual Pigs & Pinot
This year’s Pigs & Pinot will be held at Appellation Healdsburg — Charlie Palmer’s new flagship hotel and culinary destination.
To celebrate, an extraordinary father-and-son chef lineup alongside the first-ever all-female roster of featured Gala winemakers, will create a once-in-a-lifetime culinary gathering.
Plus, Dan Kosta will be featured at the Fireside Chat on Thursday, March 19.
As always, proceeds benefit the Palmer Family Education Foundation, funding scholarships for the next generation of hospitality professionals.
